Dubbing from Cassette Deck to CD Burner

DIRECTIONS FOR dubbing from cassette deck to HHB BurnIT Audio CD Recorder.

1. Put cassette in deck.

2. For Logitech analog switcher: Set "B OUT" to output "2".

3. For BurnIT: set INPUT SELECTOR to "Analog".

4. For Cassette deck: start playing cassette.

5. For BurnIT: select MONITOR. Set headphone volume at "9 o'clock".

6. For BurnIT: adjust ANALOG REC LEVEL until you get a strong signal, but hardly ever hitting 0 or "OVER"

7. For Cassette deck, rewind cassette to start.

8. For BurnIT: Put blank CD-R in tray. Wait for the display to read "NEW DISC".

9. For BurnIT: Decide on RECORDING MODE. Generally, SYNC-ALL is best for dubbing from a two-sided cassette. This will give you one CD track for each cassette side.

10. For BurnIT: push SYNCHRO until SYNC-ALL is displayed. Wait until the display stops blinking.

11. For Cassette deck: Start playing the cassette. BurnIT will automatically start recording to CD-R. Monitor your audio level, you can change this any time.

12. When you get to the end of the audio on the cassette, push STOP on the cassette deck. BurnIT will stop recording automatically after a few seconds. The display will change back to SYNC-ALL.

13. Flip the cassette over, push PLAY again. BurnIT will automatically start recording again, on a new track 2.

14. Anytime you stop or pause the cassette deck, BurnIT will automatically stop recording after a few seconds.

15. Anytime you start the cassette deck, BurnIT will automatically start recording a new track.

17. When you are done recording to BurnIT, push the square STOP button.

18. To finalize the disc, push FINALIZE. After a while the time to finalize the disc will display. Now push FINALIZE, then push PLAY.
